ในการทำงาน ห้องของ ช่างแกะสลักไม้ จะมีเครื่องมือไฟฟ้า สำหรับการทำงานในการแกะสลัก เช่น สว่านไฟฟ้า เล้าเตอร์ เครื่องเจียร บางครั้งก็ยากที่จะหลีกเลี่ยงในสภาพที่มีเสียงดัง มากๆ จะมีผลกระทบอะไรกับหู และจะมีวิธีการป้องกันอย่างไร

การที่ได้ยินเสียงดังเป็นเวลานานๆ โดยเฉพาะเสียงเครื่องยนต์ เสียงเรือ จะทำให้มีการเสื่อมของประสาทหู แต่ว่าการเสื่อมของประสาทหูจะขึ้นอยู้กับความดัง และระยะเวลาของการได้ยินเสียง โดยทั่วไปแล้ว เราจะได้ยินเสียงไม่ควรเกิน 80 เดซิเบล หากได้ยินเสียงดัง 90 เดซิเบล คนเราจะสามารถทนได้ 8 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน หากเสียงดังเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 100 เดซิเบล ซึ่งจะทนได้ประมาณ 15 นาที

Great Ear Plugs For Work or Sleep
These ear plugs have done wonders for me. I really like the firm feel of these versus the soft ear plugs. The soft ear plugs by Hearos are not nearly as good and should only be used by those with really sensitive ears.

Retail I’ve seen some more variety of these plugs that come in cases for storage. The main thing you want to do is keep your ear plugs clean. So if you don’t have a little case to put these in when opened, you’ll want to get one. Keeping it in this package is ok but they do tend to fall out once opened.

You can wash these, but I prefer to use them and throw them away. This pack of 3 is a good size that should keep you taken care of for a while.

If you want to block out noise while at work, travelling or sleeping these should fit the bill.
